Buying & Postage
At the moment I'm only sending out my work in the UK , and I use Royal Mail, which will be added at the end of check out & will vary, so please check it before completing an order.
If you are outside the UK and interested in purchasing an item please get in touch via my contact form.
All my work is handmade & made from solid wood. Each item is individually produced and will have slight variations in material, shape & design.
They are photographed as accurately as possible, but please be aware there maybe differences from what appears on the screen and its description, before purchasing.
Payments when my shop is open are made through PayPal .
You will receive a conformation email once payment has gone through successfully & another once the item has been posted.
All personal information that is received is kept entirely confidential and will not be shared with any other parties.
Please note. I'm a small business & ask customers to make thoughtful purchasing, to avoid returning anything.
If you wish to return an item as you are not happy/or items have been damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Please send a valid reason for return/proof of damage via my contact form.
Please note that I cannot offer refund on postage unless the wrong item is received or has arrived damaged.
Returned parcels are the customer's responsibility until it reaches us.
Any damage to items on return postage will not be refunded, so please package goods as safely as possible and ask for proof of postage from your post office.
